HOLY MOSES

Holy Moses FC is  arguably the longest serving  football club community in the Midlands. It was started by a group of friends in 1998, mainly Cameroonians, who want to continue to enjoy the sport they love and have been playing for a long time. They know doing that will keep them fit and, in the process, create camaraderie. Most of the members know each other from university.
Holy Moses FC is not just a football club. It's  a community and has integrated social activities into its fitness and training to serve the community. Holy Moses FC is dedicated to bringing people of diverse ethnic groups in the communities together.

Wellingborough Lions Veteran FC

Started as a fitness Saturday football club called ‘ Motombolobo’ in 2019. Motivated by a deep love for football, a group of Cameroonians in Wellingborough began gathering every Saturday in the final months of 2019. As more people joined by early 2020, we created a WhatsApp group and named it Motombolombo FC. Our commitment, drive, hard work, passion, mutual respect, and inclusive spirit quickly caught the attention of other African nationals who admired Cameroonian culture and were eager to join our growing community.
